Our seals are required to deliver outstanding performance; therefore the rubber compounds used in this industry exhibit excellent heat and chemical resistance, together with excellent physical properties against corrosion and chemical stability, thermal resistance, vibration and compression stability and stability under high pressure.

This industry requires hard, thick section moldings such as packer seals, which are traditionally difficult to mold; therefore, our compounds for these applications, enable molding of fully consolidated fissure-free parts. This is particularly important in environments where there is a risk of explosive decompression.

The variety of seals we produce for energy oil and gas industry includes O-rings, gaskets, bladders, sleeves, diaphragms, and a variety of molded parts on metal housings. The rubber compounds mostly used in this industry are FFKM, FKM, HNBR, NBR, EPDM and IIR. We produce custom-shaped molded parts as well as standard sized seals and in some cases we produce new seals based on reverse engineering of old seals.
